Finally...

I finished Breaking Dawn.

Warning: This may contain spoilers. Only scroll down if you have read this book or don't care if I ruin it for you.

All I can say is, wow, this was a struggle for me. It took way too long, and I thought she was never going to have that baby!

It ended way too happy for me. Am I the only one who wanted a fight at the end so everyone could use their wicked awesome powers?

I felt the same way. No fight? Very anticlimactic. Is that the word?

Now that you have finished the book you should read the book report that Deb game me. Hilarious. A few nasty words but worth it. Send her the link, Deb.

I can't bring myself to read Midnight Sun. Maybe if I break my leg and get stuck at home this winter. Maybe not.

Oh, I can't wait to read a book report of Deb's. However, it might have too many big words that I don't know. I have started Midnight Sun, but can't stare at the screen long enough to get very far.

j.k....well, I hadn't finished it, but it's on my night stand like 11 books down, so who knows if I'll ever make it to actually reading it. I will probably forget by the time I get to reading it. Probably.(:

Sorry, I thought I was the only one in the world who hadn't finished this book like 15 hours after getting it at midnight the day it was released.

Sorry, Deb didn't write it. She just pointed me to a link. I'll email it to you.

And here I thought she had nothing better to do than write random book reports.

No, I didn't write it, but the woman does an excellent job of expressing most of my feelings and thoughts while reading all the books.

What is with you people who thought the end was boring?! Don't you get that it was about Bella's power? Everything we hated about her from the beginning became a strength. Ask Mr. English, I'm sure he's got some brilliant insight about that. I won't bore you with my love of the political intrigue throughout the last half of the book.

Plus the publisher told Stephenie Meyer that Eclipse was too violent for the YA category, so she had to tone it down.

I'm with you on that!

Thanks for validating that I still don't want to read this book! ;)

Yeah, I totally felt the same way- a lot of build up and then NO action! I am a huge Twilight fan, but I have to say I wanted a fight too. Of course, my sister-in-law pointed out that if there was a fight, too many Cullens would have to die, and that would be too disappointing to fans. Well... as long as Edward stayed alive, I think I'd be just fine!
