(I hope that doesn't reflect too negatively on my character.)
Along with two of my cousin's wives (two different cousins not one cousin's two wives), we have been reading Mary Shelley's Frankenstein in time for Halloween. In the spirit of all things tradition, we decided to dress the parts this year. No one recognized us at our ward Trunk-or-Treat until our kids came running up to us.
That's the sign of a good costume.

That is the sign of a good costume! My Bride of Frankenstein year had the same effect - I figured they'd peg me immediately as a reanimated corpse, but no.
Yea! A belly pose! Love the costumes on both of you. And, also, the festive decor on top of your mantel is quite nice as well. I almost spelled costumes as 'coshtumes' to be funny. I hate it when people say COSHTUMES. So annoying.
I don't think COSHTUMES is annoying I think it is HILARIOUS!! I can just picture you saying it Jen. Love the costumes!! you guys look great!
Your image is now completely tarnished in my mind.
Love it! The costumes are great! Were the kids in your ward confused?(ha,ha!) A pregnant bride and wearing white. hmmmmm....
You guys look fantastic!
eris' Sis
p.s. You are the most adorable!
Hey Muriel. You forgot "I was wondering if you would be here or You're still pregnant?" Those are my personal favorites.
Not to mention, "Boy, you sure are going to have your hands full."
Oh yeah, those are good ones. I need to add "when are you due again?" Because I'm not the only one in my ward that's pregnant (or just had their baby). There's something in the water.
That's funny I was just talking to Joe about that phenomenon today on the way home from church. When I was preggers with Elise and Joseph, there were at least 3 other women pregnant due within 2 months of each other. But with this one, there's only one other lady that's due (I think) around the same time and another not until March. It's very strange.
